Who is Annika?

This post is about me and my journey back home to myself and why I want to guide and support others on their Self-Discovery Journeys.

Who is Annika?

I'm a highly sensitive person & empath.

But I didn't really know and understand the depth of that until just a few years ago.

My whole life I have felt different, that I don't really fit in.
I have struggled so much throughout life.
I have unknowingly held my authentic self and all my beautiful gifts locked up.
I have felt so frustrated, exhausted, lost & disempowered.
I haven't had access to my inner fire or my full potential.
Going through life without access to energy is impossible and has led to burnout time and time again.

The root cause was not found in the external world,
but internally -
and so was also the solution!

When I started to look inside things started to fall into place for me
and I had many light bulb moments.

The most important one was the realisation that
I was disconnected from my heart & soul.

When I plugged in that cord again things rapidly started to change!
Those last few years have been a major upgrade of my life.

An awakening.
A return to my true authentic self.
A homecoming.

Now at age 47 I'm so much wiser, happier, aligned and satisfied.
I know who I am.

I now experience the sweetness of flowing with life,
instead of fighting life.

I have finally found my HOME inside of me.
I have COME OUT as the magnificent person I was born to be.

Now I'm ready and eager to share all my wisdom, knowledge and experiences by guiding others on their journeys back home to themselves.

I have felt so alone on my journey.
You don't have to.
I will walk by your side, keep you company, support and encourage you
to walk your own path.

With +15 years of experience working with people -
through guiding, mentoring, teaching,
as a health coach, career coach and Human Design & Life coach,
I have profound knowledge and experience.

I also have plenty of different tools that come in handy
when working with personal development and personal leadership.

The most important tool in my toolbox is HUMAN DESIGN,
which is a real shortcut to personal growth & deep inner transformation.

I'm here to ignite, awaken & empower you
to live your life fully as the unique beautiful soul you are.
